THIS PIECE WAS inspired by the writings of Soren Kierkegaard (the “K” of the quote). Its four metal cards use simple iconography to characterize the states of human consciousness as it moves toward a transcendent state of belief/disbelief – something akin to Kierkegaard’s “knight of faith.” The piece was a multiple edition and was sold in museum gift shops and artist stores.
